Career Services is a free event at the Northwest Regional Women in Computing Conference for all attendees. Our career advisers will be available during the Career Fair. Sign-up sheets for the career services will be available at the registration location. Sign up early as space is limited.

Our Career Advisers
Vicki Z’berg – High Tech Solutions L.L.C.Vicki Z’berg is an energetic, collaborative, and experienced engineering manager, as well as an experienced high school and college educational professional with an untiring passion for student success. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Throughout her career, Vicki has developed a multi-faceted skill set, with experience in R&D, marketing, management, program management, training, operations, manufacturing, telemedicine, customer support, and recruiting. Her company, High Tech Solutions L.L.C., provides program management, management consulting, technical recruiting, and educational consulting services. She has successfully recruited, hired, and mentored over one hundred employees, many of whom went on to become top performing employees within their company.
She is skilled in leading a team and driving strategic initiatives across functions. She has worked in small entrepreneurial teams, as well as large complex organizations. Her strengths include assessing complex problems, building a team’s vision, driving consensus, and developing and executing strategies to improve organizations.
Vicki has a proven track record of academic excellence in advising, new program development, student recruitment, student mentoring and retention, college admissions, financial aid, and career counseling. Vicki is very active in the community including STEM literacy programs in Oregon and SW Washington. Many of these programs reach out to underrepresented students in STEM disciplines.
Venessa Cullinane – IntelVanessa Cullinane is a chemical engineer working in the technology industry. She graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2006. Since then, she has worked as a photolithography process engineer at Intel Corporation. She has a keen interest in coding and scripting, especially as it pertains to data extraction, analysis, and visualization. In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys traveling, learning new things, and spending time with her friends and family.
